This means we have been recognised to use practices and techniques that minimise the stress of cats visiting Veterinary practices. These include gentle handing, specifically committing to a No Scruff policy, dedicated cat only clinics, a separate cat waiting area, separate cat ward, a quiet cat ward and the use of calming pheromones throughout the practice.
