In An Emergency
During normal opening hours please phone us as soon as you realise your pet needs emergency care. We may ask you to come straight down to the clinic or one of our nurses may triage your pet over the phone to ensure we are able to give the best and quickest treatment possible.
Outside our normal opening hours, please phone our Out of Hours Emergency cover:-

This is provided by Medivet in Parkstone, Poole. If your pet is treated at EVC all notes are sent back to us immediately and once we are back in normal hours, your pet will come back to us for continued care.
