We may ask you to come straight down to the clinic or one of our nurses may triage your pet over the phone to ensure we are able to give the best and quickest treatment possible.

This is provided by EVC in Parkstone, Poole. If your pet is treated at EVC all notes are sent back to us immediately and once we are back in normal hours, your pet will be transferred back to us.
